You will only gain weight in a situation like this if you’re eating certain types of foods, and removing too many of your calories. How do you get around this problem?
The answer is to eat healthy foods. Healthy foods are rich in nutrients, and your metabolism will respond to these foods in a way which would allow you to lose weight.
Many people are under the misconception that they can simply take Hoodia, continue eating foods low in calories and nutrients, and expect to lose weight and remain healthy.
This is simply not correct. While you can continue to eat certain foods while taking Hoodia unlike many diets, you will want to add healthy foods to your diet to maximize the effectiveness of it. Only then will you lose weight and remain healthy.
